Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all inBath products include a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Specific luxury collections may offer extended 5-year coverage.
What is your return policy for installed items?
We accept returns on all unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Please note that once a fixture has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return unless it is found to be defective.
Are your faucets and showerheads water-efficient?
Absolutely. Most of our fixtures are WaterSense certified, designed to reduce water consumption by up to 20% without sacrificing water pressure.
Do you offer professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, we provide detailed technical specification sheets for all products to assist your licensed plumber or contractor.
